You’ve heard it so many times – God is gracious. But what does it mean? What is the grace of God? Well, the grace of God refers to God’s unmerited favor towards mankind. It is the kindness that God shows us not because of something we did but because of who he is, a gracious God.
Have you ever felt like, who am I, that God has been so good to me? Yes, that’s the grace of God at work. God is always so good to you not because of who you are or something you did. But because he is a gracious God.

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

2 Corinthians 12:9
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.

2 Peter 1:2
No! We believe it is through the grace of our Lord Jesus that we are saved, just as they are.
For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

2 Thessalonians 2:16

2 Corinthians 8:7
You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings. It is good for our hearts to be strengthened by grace, not by eating ceremonial foods, which is of no benefit to those who do so.
See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.
