Whether you see it or not, the enemy is always working in the background, especially when you’re walking in God’s favour and doing well. That’s why prayer is so important, not just on Sundays or in hard times, but every single morning, especially before work.
When you pray, you’re not just ticking a religious box, you’re actively inviting God into your day, your decisions, and your work environment. You’re seeking His direction, His protection, and His favour over the work of your hands.

God wants to bless the work you do. Whether you’re a teacher, an entrepreneur, a nurse, a student, or stay-at-home parent, when you involve God in your work, you align yourself with His purpose. When the blessings and favour of the Lord are upon you and the work you do, everything begins to align in your favour. The right connections are made. The promotion comes. The raise is granted. The right opportunities find you. So never take a single workday for granted, cover it in prayer and start your day with God by your side.
